What Happens During a Session?
Each session will vary depending upon the client’s needs on the day. Clear goals will be established across the course of therapy with room for evolution and adaption along the way.
Primarily working with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framewors, Sarah is able to tialor sessions on a very individual basis. A course of therapy will vary depending upon needs and progress but will typically last 6-10 sessions and be held weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Some clients may benefit from a longer course of sessions.
How much does it cost?
The fee is $180 for a 50 minute session with rebates possible through Medicare and private health funds.
Payment is required upon completion of the session, a fee of $50 will be charged for cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice and any no show/non-attendance appointments (without reasonable explanation) will be charged the full fee of $180.
